These terms apply to your use of the EF Heating website. By using the site you accept them. Separate terms, set out in your written quote, apply to any work we carry out.

Information on this website

The guides and service descriptions on this site are general information about plumbing and heating. They are not a substitute for an inspection by a qualified engineer. Gas appliances must only be worked on by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Photographs on this site illustrate the type of work described. They are not necessarily photographs of our own jobs.

Quotes

A Quick Quote Online enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quote from us.
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the job turns out to be different once we are on site, we will explain why and agree any change with you before carrying on.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act, including the right to have services carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where a contract is made away from our premises you may have a right to cancel within 14 days, as explained in your quote.

Using the website

You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or send us anything unlawful or harmful through the form. We may update or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

Liability

We take care to keep the information here accurate but do not accept liability for loss caused by relying on general website content. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
